in a group you will feel that together you can take care of the future of our planet even better!

you will learn what is depression;
you will learn to recognize its factors and symptoms;
with greater commitment and awareness you will start taking care of your own mental health;
with your own sensitivity, you will prepare yourself to give and receive the support you need to fight depression;
you will feel the flow of working with others!

you will learn what neurodegenerative diseases are;
you will enrich your knowledge of methods and ways that help maintain the brain and mental health in good condition;
you will awaken empathy and compassion toward caregivers and people burdened with these diseases;
and at the same time you will awaken your creativity and practice group work!

you will learn what communicable diseases are and how they spread;
you will get to know some of them – those that appeared recently but also throughout history;
